Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we can help:

Return Policy

  • You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

❌ No returns on Activewear or T-Shirts. Only exchanges allowed.

Exchange Policy

  • â‚ą79 will be charged for reverse shipping in case of exchange.

  • Doorstep pickup is available only for exchanges, not for returns.

  • Your exchanged product will be delivered within 15 days of return pickup.

  • Reverse pickup is NOT available for T-Shirts / Activewear and Sale items.

  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

  • Once exchanged, no return will be accepted on that order.

  • Disclaimer: The actual product print and colour may slightly vary from the images shown. Differences may occur due to studio lighting, camera angles, and individual screen resolutions.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

⚠️ Do not send items back without approval. They won’t be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds (on approved returns only) will be credited to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damages or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order on delivery.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Complaints after 5 days or post usage will not be entertained.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Activewear & T-shirts (Return not allowed, only exchange)

  • Sale items or BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers

  • Gift cards

  • Items once exchanged
