🚫 No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or monetary refunds on any orders.

Only exchange is available.

In special circumstances where a return is approved by Simi Stores, no monetary refund will be provided. The amount will be issued only as Store Credit / Gift Card, redeemable on future purchases.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Exchange is allowed with any product of similar order value available on the website.
• ₹79 will be charged for reverse shipping.
• Doorstep pickup is available for eligible items.
• Your exchanged product will be delivered within 15 days after pickup.

⚠️ Important Exchange Conditions

• Only one exchange allowed per order.
• Once exchanged, no further exchange or return will be accepted.
• Reverse pickup is NOT available for T-Shirts, Activewear, Sale items, and all approved return requests.
• Reverse shipping is provided only for eligible exchange requests and not for returns.
• Customers will need to self-ship approved return items to Simi Stores at their own expense.
