We want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t work out, we offer an easy exchange process.
🚫 No Return / No Refund Policy
- We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.
- Only exchange is available.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Exchange is allowed with any product of similar order value available on the website.
- ₹79 will be charged for reverse shipping.
- Doorstep pickup is available for eligible items.
- Your exchanged product will be delivered within 15 days after pickup.
⚠️ Important Exchange Conditions
- Only one exchange allowed per order.
- Once exchanged, no further exchange or return will be accepted.
- Reverse pickup is NOT available for T-Shirts, Activewear, and Sale items.
- Customers will need to self-ship these items for exchange.
